7-Day Return Policy

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

1. 1Email us at bipinthakur002@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. 2Include a brief reason and, if applicable, a photo of the item.
3. 3We'll confirm your return request within 1 business day and arrange a pickup.
4. 4Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• ✕Items marked as "Final Sale"
• ✕Customised or altered products
• ✕Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• ✕Items without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We'll exchange it for free within 7 days. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue store credit.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer — please keep your bank details ready.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately — no questions asked.
