We take care to show accurate images, descriptions, and prices for every product. On the rare occasion there is an error, we will correct it and let you know. If your order is affected, you will be fully refunded.
When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase. Occasionally we may need to cancel an order — for example, if an item goes out of stock or a payment could not be verified. If this happens, we will reach out to you right away and refund any amount paid.
We currently accept payments via UPI only. Once your order is placed, you will receive our UPI payment details. Your order will be confirmed after we verify your payment. Please share the UPI transaction reference (UTR number) so we can confirm it quickly for you.
We do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, though delivery dates can sometimes shift due to courier delays or events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.
We want you to love what you buy. If something is not right, returns and exchanges are welcome as per our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please check the eligibility criteria before raising a request — we are here to help.
